Warranty and Consumer Protection Policy
At Shohab, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. In line with the Jordanian Consumer Protection Law, we offer you a warranty policy that helps protect your rights and ensure a risk-free shopping experience.
1. Warranty period
- Customers enjoy a warranty on products purchased from Shuhab for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects or problems related to the quality of printing or materials.
2. General Warranty Terms
- The warranty covers defects or problems resulting from manufacturing or print quality only.
- Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
- In the case of custom products, the quality of printing and execution of the design according to the order is guaranteed, but products that meet the required standards without defect cannot be exchanged or returned.
3. Procedures for submitting a guarantee application
- If you encounter a problem with the product during the warranty period, please contact customer service via email support@shohb.com or call 00962781132561 .
- You will be asked to provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and explain the nature of the problem. You may be asked to send photos or additional details to help assess the problem.
- We will review your request and take necessary action in accordance with our warranty policy.
4. Repair or replace the product
- In the event that a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair the product or replace it with a new similar product (as applicable).
- If a similar product is not available in stock, the customer will be compensated with an alternative product or refunded the value of the product according to the store's policies.
5. Right to exchange or return
- According to the Jordanian Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has the right to request a replacement or return of the product if it does not conform to the agreed specifications or if there is a defect.
- Replacement or return requests are accepted according to the controls specified in the store's return policy.
6. Consumer protection
- At Shohab, we are committed to providing accurate and transparent information about our products, prices and terms of sale.
- Customer personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
- We are committed to responding to all customer inquiries and complaints within a reasonable time and with complete transparency, in line with consumer protection best practices.
